PERFORMANCE | Open Studios

Spring 2018 Open Studios will start at 5 pm in the Carpenter Center for the Visual Arts. Students will present their work from the following VES courses: Drawing 1Anyone Can Draw; Lay of the Land: A Studio-based Seminar; Introduction to Still Photography; Drawing 2: Expanded Visual Thinking; Invented Mediums: Painting Course; Object Matter of Jelly Fish: Sculpture Course; Where the Wild Things Are: Intermediate Photography Course; Vertical Cinema; Directed Research; Critical Printing; Fundamentals of Animation; Intermediate Animation: Making an Animated Film.

Student Film Screenings will be shown in the Lecture Hall starting at 7 pm (Wednesday through Saturday) Students will present their work from the following VES courses: Introduction to Non Fiction Filmmaking; Introduction to Non Fiction Videomaking; Fundamentals of Animation; Introduction to Narrative Filmmaking; The Essay Film; Intermediate Animation: Making and Animated Film; Critical Media Practice.
